Well protected for our scooter ride. Lu has no fear and would go 90 mph until something made her stop. We felt the protective gear was necessary. Some one loves their Grandaddy. This is where RWS spent a lot of Christmas.
We played "dirty Santa" and read the "Night Before Christmas" and the birth story from the Bible. We have some great traditions that I always look forward to.
Momma M got the kiddos matching pajamas for Christmas. They looked so cute. And then the kissing began. Poor kid gets "over"-loved on by his sister quite a bit. You can tell he is thrilled.
Then Santa dropped off his loot. I think they must have been good this year, although many may argue that statement as of late. Lu asked for a pink guitar, but Santa had already made a yellow Sponge Bob guitar. Luckily there was no melt down, but if some one asks what she got for Christmas she always starts off by saying, "Well, I wanted a pink guitar, but I got a yellow one." All while making a sad face. It plays about the same as a pink one would. The $4 Strawberry Shortcake bouncy ball was the favorite. Santa is downsizing next year!
